After having various problems with my laptop for months, and reading all the positive reviews, I took my laptop to Duncan at Vicom. He replaced my corrupt hard drive with an SSD and recovered my data. He is professional and personable. His work is outstanding. His prices are reasonable. I've taken my laptop here to get fixed twice & both times they've been extremely helpful & have great customer service! First time they were able to fix the power button that same day, second time I got my laptop back the next day but still! Pretty quick compared to most other PC repair shops!

I love my pc!! We originally had some issues getting it to run games but Duncan was extremely helpful and informative. He even fixed the issue free of charge! I would definitely recommend going here for any pc needs wether you’re a beginner or experienced. These aren’t cheap prebuilt pcs either- they’re top quality and he was able to get me the best parts for my budget!
